(Cyberspace, USA) -- Bob and his father Al delivered to their publisher last month the second edition of the book they co-authored and, when it is released next month, it will sport a new name, Kohn On Music Licensing. The change, according to publisher Aspen Law & Business, reflects the special stature the book and its authors have earned in music publishing and entertainment law circles. The new edition has been expanded to cover songwriter agreements, international music publishing, fair use of music, as well as emerging issues in music publishing, such as licensing music on the Internet. To provide further information to prospective purchasers, the authors invite all Web surfers to visit their page on the Web located at http:// www.kohnmusic.com.

(Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA) -- Childhood continues to smile upon Katie (age 9) and Joey (age 7), who love attending Robert Louis Stevenson School in Carmel.

"Katie continues to shine in every subject area," reports her fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Shalit. "She has demonstrated growth in the revising stage of her writing [and] she actively seeks to improve her clarity and style. I thoroughly enjoy the 'twist' she adds to each written assignment."

Joey's second grade teacher, Ms. Cude calls Joey "an enthusiastic student who is strong in all areas of study. I particularly enjoy his comments and suggestions during our classroom discussions."

Mrs. Vadetsky reports that Katie continues her remarkable progress on the cello, and Joey has been bouncing along in his gymnastics class every week.

OH! GINGERBREAD HOUSE

by Katie Kohn

Oh! gingerbread house that we made this year, it is not the sugar that brings me cheer. Though your roof is pure chocolate and a patio of marzipan, it is the love in which we made you and not your (smack) chocolate chip cookie filled land. You have a bedroom of peppermint (drool) the bathroom is Jello, the walls are gingerbread and the door is a Carmello!

Oh Fine!
I cannot tell a lie, the only reason I’m not eating you is I’ll get grounded if I do.
But when I look at you how my tongue does swell.
(Chomp!) Oh well!
